Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect, or damage due to transportation, and is invalid in cases of damages due to normal wear & tear, incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product, and negligence on part of the customer.
Customers may notify us of any damage or defect within 10 days from the date of delivery, and ship the product back to us for a free replacement. To ensure a seamless return for you, we are required to get the product condition checked before sending out the replacement unit. Hence, we need to acquire the defective/damage product before processing for replacement . In case we do not have the same product in stock, we reserve the right to offer an alternate product.
